Oversized Garbage Online Reception

Oversized garbage is garbage with a side length of approximately 30 centimeters or more.

Note: Bulky waste generated in the course of business activities such as by shops and companies cannot be collected or brought in directly.

The Cleaning Office will introduce you to private cleaners.

There are two main methods for collecting bulky waste:
1. "How to have staff come to the front of your home (for apartment complexes, in front of the apartment complex's entrance or bulky garbage storage area) to pick it up."
2. "How to bring it directly to the designated location on Sunday" (If you bring it directly, the collection fee will be cheaper)

After applying, you will need to pay the necessary fees.

①In the case of "Shinagawa Ward Paid Bulky Waste Disposal Ticket"

After applying, purchase a "Shinagawa Ward Paid Bulky Waste Disposal Ticket" for the necessary fee at a store or convenience store in the ward that has a "Shinagawa Ward Paid Bulky Waste Disposal Ticket Dealer" sign. Collection date (not the date of receipt) and 4-digit receipt number Please fill out the form and attach it to each piece of bulky waste by the day of collection.

To prevent incorrect collection, we will not collect your items if the necessary information is not filled out.

②In the case of "electronic payment (credit card payment)"

*Only online applications are accepted.
When you complete your application, please be sure to write down the following information that will be displayed in the email and attach it to a piece of paper.

・4-digit reception number

・Collection date (not the acceptance date)

・Product name (e.g. futon)

・Price (e.g. 400 yen)

*Please make sure to attach each item securely with duct tape or similar to a visible location so that the sticker does not come off.
To prevent incorrect collection, if we are unable to confirm your identity we will refrain from collecting the item.

In addition, we provide a "carry-out collection" service for elderly people (65 years or older) and those who have been issued a disability certificate, and who have no family members or people who can help them in the ward. Since you park your car on the street and the work can be done in a short time, applications are limited to three items.

■About entering the discharger information

When applying online, please be sure to enter the required information accurately.
If the address or contact information of the applicant (disposer) entered does not clearly exist, we will not be able to come to the collection site even if the system indicates that door-to-door collection has been accepted.

■Persons eligible for reduction or exemption of waste disposal fees cannot apply online.

■Purchase a "Paid Oversized Garbage Disposal Ticket". Paid oversized garbage disposal tickets can be purchased at approximately 340 stores, including shops, convenience stores, and supermarkets, which have signs that say "Shinagawa Ward Garbage Disposal Ticket Office."

■Electronic payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners). (Only when applying online)
*Receipts will not be issued. If you require a receipt, please pay the fee by purchasing a "Paid Oversized Garbage Disposal Ticket."

On the collection day of your application "Garbage disposal ticket" Paste it on each bulky waste. (If you paid the fee electronically, please enter the 4-digit reception number, collection date, item name, and fee displayed in the email sent at the time of application in any paper. Please attach each item firmly in an easy-to-see place using duct tape, etc. to prevent it from peeling off.) , put it out in the designated place.
*On the day of collection, please put out your garbage at the designated collection location by 8:00 a.m. with the garbage disposal ticket （For electronic payment, any paper） attached. (No need to be present)
*Oversized garbage will be collected in order from 8:00 a.m. (It may be delayed depending on road conditions, etc.)
* Please choose a location that is easily visible from the outside and easy to collect.
